                                  Women of the Bible

            The Bible is a book that has been found relevant and meaningful for generation after generation.  No matter the ebbs and flows of the culture, the stories, poetry, and historical accounts found in the Bible, it has spoken to people of all backgrounds.  Among many areas in which the Bible is revolutionary, is its high regard for women in which it is a document truly ahead of its time.

         Beginning on Thursday, March 4 at 3:30 pm, Rabbi Fried and Elder Louis Hannet of the Reformed Church of Hudson will be co-teaching a course entitled Women of the Bible.  Rabbi Fried will teach about women found in the Hebrew Scriptures while Elder Hannet will teach about women from in the Christian Scriptures.  They will alternate weekly.  If you are interested in joining through zoom, please contact the synagogue office at 518-828-6848.
